Your Christmas Party Night Schedule
6:00pm – Arrival
Join us from 6:00pm and enjoy a festive drink before taking your seats for the evening.
6:30pm – Dinner Served
The first course of your delicious three course festive meal will be served from approximately 6:30pm.
8:00pm – Entertainment Begins
Hit the dancefloor as the evening’s live entertainment gets underway.
11:30pm – Entertainment Finishes & Last Orders
Our live entertainment concludes and last orders will be called at the bar. Be sure to place your final drinks order before we bring another fantastic Christmas Party Night to a close.
Midnight – Event Concludes
The Christmas Party Night comes to an end, leaving you with plenty of festive memories to take home.

Friday 4th December – EA DJS
Kick off the festive season with a Christmas party night full of energy, great music, and plenty of dancing as EA DJS bring their signature party atmosphere to The Coach & Horses.
EA DJS are a professional DJ collective known for delivering tailored music experiences across weddings, corporate events, private parties, and live venues. With a focus on reading the room and keeping the dancefloor moving, their DJs blend feel good classics, modern party anthems, and crowd favourites to create the perfect atmosphere for every audience. Whether it is a packed dancefloor or a more relaxed early evening vibe, they adapt seamlessly to suit the moment and the crowd.

A firm favourite at The Coach & Horses, Nicole has performed with us multiple times and is one of our most popular returning artists. Known for her powerful vocals, polished stage presence, and effortless ability to connect with any audience, she always brings an incredible atmosphere to the room. Round off the festive season with the last Christmas party of 2026, an incredible night of live entertainment from C&R Music at The Coach & Horses.
C&R Music are experienced live performers known for delivering high quality, versatile entertainment tailored to every crowd. With a strong focus on live musicianship, audience interaction, and creating a full party atmosphere, they bring a polished and professional sound that works perfectly for festive celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Their setlist blends classic party anthems, modern hits, and sing along favourites, ensuring the dancefloor stays busy from the first song to the last.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill, with 100% of gratuities shared equally amongst our hardworking team who help make your festive experience so special.
Event Dates:
Christmas Party Nights will take place on Friday 4th, Friday 11th and Friday 18th December 2026.
Booking & Payment:
• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure your booking.
• Credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment is required by Friday 6th November 2026, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Pre-Orders:
• A full pre-order for your party’s three course meal must be submitted no later than Friday 6th November 2026.
• Once submitted, pre-orders cannot be changed.
• A pre-order form will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Cancellations:
• All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accommodation:
• Overnight stay rates are available upon request.
• Rooms are subject to availability and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• Room bookings are non-transferable.
Dietary Requirements:
• Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements when submitting your pre-order.
Entertainment:
• Entertainment will be provided after dinner once the meal service has finished, featuring our scheduled live acts across each date.
Timings:
• Arrival from 6:00pm. Dinner is served from 6:30pm.
• The event will conclude at midnight.
Behaviour Policy:
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest behaving inappropriately or under the influence of excessive alcohol.
Liability:
• We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
