Breakfast
Served in our restaurant from 8:00 am – bright and early – is breakfast. This morning food service is a real treat for both guests staying in our rooms and drop-in diners.
Much like the diversity seen in our main menu, the breakfast menu at The Coach & Horses offers a delightful mix of classic British breakfast meals and lighter dishes with a seasonal twist. The final touch is a display of homemade pastries, cakes, and bread – ideal if you’re in need of a quick but satisfying bite before starting your day.
As mentioned above, you don’t have to book a room to enjoy breakfast with us as all diners are welcome.
Sunday Roasts
At The Coach & Horses, Sunday roasts are a big deal – a time for locals of this lovely village and travelling diners to come together and soak up good traditional pub food, share laughs, and enjoy the calming ambience of our restaurant before a busy week ahead.
As the star dish during Sunday lunch, our roast dinners provide that feel-good, comforting taste needed to enjoy a relaxed end to the week.
Boasting fresh, locally sourced ingredients and produce, like prime meat from the neighbouring Sandringham Estate, steaming plates of home-cooked goodness fill our restaurant, along with the rich aroma and unparalleled taste of proper gravy, tender meat, and all the beloved trimmings.
If you would like to join us for a Sunday roast, please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Drinks
We offer a great selection of real ales on tap including Wherry and Abbot, plus a guest beer, an eclectic choice of wines to suit all tastes, and the best selection of Gin, including a fabulous selection of Gins that have been hand-crafted in Norfolk as well as our very own Coach House Gin, a delightful blend of botanicals inspired by the local countryside.
Our drinks menu also includes its own alcohol-free section, ensuring that everyone’s thirst is quenched with something exciting.
Beer Garden
Our beautiful garden provides the perfect opportunity to soak up the sunshine and warm weather whenever we are treated to it.
The sunsets from our gorgeous terrace are beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy a meal, snack and glass of something lovely.
With plenty of open space, a small play area for the kids, seating, and shade, our garden is a hub of energy, and when accompanied by chilled drinks and sunshine, the stress-free vibes come easy
