Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policies
Table Reservations
We always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. You are always welcome to ”walk-in” and take your chances; however, reservations will always be prioritised.
Online bookings can be made for groups of up to 8 people. For parties larger than 8 guests, please email reservations@coachhorses.co.uk or call 01485 522745. Please note that for groups over 12 people, we might require a pre-order.
If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, you can do so up to 24 hours before your booking time by emailing us or calling us on directly.
For reservations of 12 guests or more, we kindly require at least 72 hours’ notice. The deposit of £15 per person is required to secure the booking. This deposit will only become non-refundable and non-transferable if the cancellation terms are not met
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your reservation. Advise us if you are running later than 15 minutes. Your table will be released if we have not been contacted. Cancellation charges will apply.
Card details are required to secure all reservation and will be stored securely in line with PCI compliance standards. No charges are being made in advance
Your card will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. Not Showing up for the reservation or cancelling less than 24 hours (72 hours for groups of 12 or more) before the booking time will result in cancellation charges of £15.00 per person, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please do make us aware if you have any special requirements, allergies or dietary requirements.
Please ensure you book a Dog-Friendly dining table if you plan to bring your dog with you, as only the tables in our Snug are dog-friendly.
Please make ensure your contact number and email are up to date. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after making a booking; please get in touch with us if you haven’t received your confirmation or any details are incorrect. (We advise you to check your spam/junk folder)

Bedroom Reservations
For standard bedroom reservations, should you need to cancel, please do so at least 5 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to the full value of your scheduled stay.
The card provided with the booking may be charged at any time within 5 days of arrival.
For special rate reservations, should you need to cancel, please do so at least 21 days prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to the full value of your scheduled stay.
If your stay has been booked on one of our offers, please refer to the specific terms and conditions for that offer, as different terms will apply.
If you have made a reservation on an Advance Purchase basis, please note that the reservation is non-refundable. However, we will permit one date change provided this is processed at least five days prior to your scheduled arrival. To do this, you must contact our Reservations Team directly via email. Please note that if the rate for the newly chosen date is higher than what was originally booked, you will need to pay the difference. If the rate for the newly chosen date is lower, no refund will be issued.
Furthermore, if your individual reservation has been made as part of a group booking, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please also note that bookings made online must be cancelled via the same channel.
Special Events and Group Booking Terms:
Standard cancellation terms apply only to regular restaurant and accommodation reservations. For reservations relating to special events, including Christmas Day lunch, New Year’s Eve, or organised group bookings, separate terms and conditions apply. These may include stricter cancellation deadlines or non-refundable deposits. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for each event or group reservation.
