• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £40.00 per person is required upon booking.
• Full non-refundable and non-transferable payment is due by Monday 2nd November 2026.
• A pre-order for Christmas Day lunch is required by Monday 30th November 2026.
• All deposits and payments are non-transferable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made after Monday 2nd November 2026 will be charged in full.
• Please be aware that dogs are not permitted on Christmas Day.

Your Christmas Day Schedule:

12:00pm – Doors Open
Arrival drinks of bubbles and canapés will be served in our bar area.

12:45–1:00pm – Seating
Guests will be shown to their tables. Our team will take your drinks orders once you are seated.

1:30pm – Lunch Served
Enjoy your carefully prepared Christmas Day lunch.

4:30pm – Last Orders
Please place your final drinks orders by this time.

5:00pm – Bar Closes
The bar will close at 5:00pm, with no service available afterward, so our team can enjoy Christmas Day with their families and loved ones.
